He shares deep experience in markets where information, technology and scalable processes are critical drivers of success. Mr. Poonawala is a Chartered Financial Analyst with an MBA in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business, an MBA in Marketing, and an undergraduate degree in Advanced Accounting from Poona University in India. Mr. Poonawala serves as the Chairman for the Aga Khan Economic Planning Board for United States (AKEPB) and assumed his role as Chairman of the Chamber Board in July 2015. In addition to being a lawyer, Salman is an astute entrepreneur and over the past 15 years, has owned and operated several successful business ventures in industries such as real estate, retail, and convenience and fuel. |

| Sabreena Hakemy, Board Member VICE CHAIRMAN & DIRECTOR SPECTRA BANK Sabreena is the Vice Chairman & Director of Spectra Bank, a community bank in Dallas, Tx. She is the President of Next Gen USA Marketing & Management, LLC a brand promotion & marketing company and the President of Next Gen USA Merchant Services, a company that facilitates credit card processing solutions for small to mid sized retailers. Prior to this Sabreena was in Dubai, UAE from 2014-2016 constructing and selling Residential Real Estate. She formerly worked with Delta Airlines, as a Marketing Director for 6 years, where she helped create marketing strategies for International Routes, trained and managed Sales teams and was Delta Reserve Officer on the Emergency Response Team for North America. Currently, Sabreena is the Business Services Member on the National Economic Planning Board, USA and also serves on the Board of Directors for the American Ismaili Chamber of Commerce. |

Ahmed serves on the Board of Directors for Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce and is the Chairman of the Board.
